The complex challenges facing European academic institutions today demand specialized preparation for young professionals navigating an increasingly volatile landscape. Given the multifaceted threats ranging from global geopolitical tensions and climate change to technological disruptions and growing illiberalism, young academics require comprehensive training to understand and respond effectively to these dynamic challenges. Traditional academic approaches often fail to adequately address the interconnected nature of these threats, leaving many scholars unprepared for the psychological and professional pressures they may encounter. By offering targeted training in areas such as self-censorship awareness, personal security, and mental health support, emerging professionals can develop resilience and adaptive strategies to protect academic freedoms and maintain intellectual integrity in increasingly complex environments.
The training offers courses about self-censorship, academic security and well-being by practitioners.
