Armenia is seeking to level-up the quality of  services provided to citizens – through removal of red-tape (sludge), and creation of world class digital experiences.  All of the new services will be included on hartak.am, a one-stop-shop for Armenian Government services and information, enabling our vision for Armenia as a trust based e-society and economy.
